Placing an order with The Quilters Garden is easy. Use the automated shopping basket and add your purchases. Instead of making your payment online, your order will be emailed to use for processing and once we confirm everything we will contact you personally for payment over the phone by credit card. We prefer to keep our prices as low as possible to give you the best possible products and still give you a safe and easy Eftpos payment system, so we avoid passing on the online system fees and charges.

How it Works

1/.  Use the shopping basket and collect your purchases. The shopping basket window will open on your screen. Keep this window open whilst you shop. Once you are finished shopping, following the steps for checkout. Make sure you fill out all the details so we can deliver your purchase and contact you for payment. It’s critically important that your phone number, email address and delivery address are correct.

2/. Make sure you get the units correct in the quantity. The units are either ea (each) ie. 1, 2, 3, ....etc or fabric which is list in metre units ie 0.2mtrs, 0.25 mtrs, 1, 1.5,...etc. The minimum cut for fabric is 0.2m (20cm). If you are looking at a machine purchase then call us directly in the store for delivery costs and details.  If you have any questions, clarifications or there are other details we need to be aware of then just add them in the comments section.

3/. At the completion of ‘checkout’ your order and details will be emailed to us in the store. We will receive it by the next business day and process it as quickly as possible. When we receive your order we will check the availability of items and then call you on the contact number you have provided in the order. We will confirm over the phone all the order details, the total price and postage. We will then take payment over the phone using a credit card and send your order to you.

There it is....easy....and no need to worry about using your important credit card information on the Internet.
